Of
course we wanted to go to the game, but it was a bit pricey
for our small budget...enter Dave Bottoms, my boss from Tellme.
He got two free tickets off of a friend and passed them on
to us as a gesture of appreciation. It was much appreciated.
Though I don't work at Tellme anymore (and neither does Dave,
for that matter) Eva and I will always remember getting sunburns
and eating popcorn courtesy of DB. It was also a day in which
we misplaced the geo Metro and got a matching silver ring
from a vendor on Market Street who blessed us saying, "I
now pronounce you, a couple" |
