We could've spent weeks in LA, in fact, it would have been fun to mess around there for a couple of months--but still we pressed on. Our favorite song throughout the trip was Get Your Kicks on Route 66. So this portion of our adventure, we tried to take the few portions that remain--abandoned roads by abandoned towns. Somewhere along the way we hit Vegas and made some quick cash in the city that never, ever sleeps before we got up and headed over the dam and on to the Canyon.
